I am very happy with the color print quality for this value printer. The scanning gnis always as well.

Set-up was a bit intimidatinng, but after taking a few breaks, re-reading the instructions, I was able to get the scan features set by using the app.

My scanner will not work. I downloaded the software and I have now instructions to scan to my computer

Very poor and complicated setup, tried what I can to get the scanning work and it didn't so I had to go back to my old printer

Our new HP printer is made of cheap plastic. If you accidentally dropped anything on it I dare say it would break it.

Liked HPs compatibility with my Mac's/IPhone/Ipad and Ero WiFi. Only critique is that it shimmies when it prints.
