While setup could be a tad easier, the printer itself delivers high-quality prints, including pictures (when using specialty photo paper). While HP Instant Ink might be beneficial for some, there is no requirement to sign up for this service if you don't want to. Truly appreciate the duplex feeder that makes scanning, copying, and faxing two-sided documents so very easy!

I did quite a bit of research before deciding on this model, and we’re happy with the purchase. Delivery of the printer was timely and the easy set up took only a few minutes. This model is a bit smaller than our previous HP printer and fits perfectly on our desk. The paper feeds seamlessly and printing is quick and accurate. We’ve been amazed at how user-friendly this printer is and with the high quality copies we get every time. We’re hoping we get a lot of use out of this model.

I have always used HP printers, but before I got this one, I went with a different kind and ended up taking it back and got another new one, but not an HP again. We had it for about 3 weeks and again took it back as well. Now we are back with HP and are very happy with it.

I've owned HP printers for over 25 years. They always perform like they should. Each upgrade with the improvements with technology has been spot on. Repeat customer and will continue to be one. With the instant ink subscription it makes the cost of printing to a minimum.

I purchased this printer to replace my 12+ year old Brother all-in-one. It's larger than I would have liked for my small New York City apartment, however it works well! It is a bit on the louder side when printing, but not horrible. Setup took longer than necessary as it was not wanting to connect on the wifi which was very frustrating until I figured out that I needed to install and use the HP Smart app. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I haven’t used this printer much yet, but the print quality is very good. A few things that I feel could be better are 1) could print quieter 2) I wish the screen was easier to read… maybe larger or brighter and 3) I wish you didn’t have to change paper size on printer when you’ve already changed settings in pc.

I like the quality of the print and the speed. It replaces the 8150 which is still working well but I Got tired of struggling to replace the paper tray after filling with paper. The 9120 is easier and fits properly. I’m keeping the 8150 which is still great. A friend has her eye on it.

I have used HP Printers for years. This new printer is very noisy and ALL of my ink cartridges needed to be replaced at the same time (already) and I've only had the printer for two months. My printing has not changed. I do not use that much colored ink and I have NEVER had all of the ink cartridges run out of ink simultaneously.

The printer always indicates the wi-fi signal is weak; the printer is connected to the hard drive. An error message on the desktop indicates a problem with my "print" request. On the printer screen, the paper change message appears without the paper being changed. I was unable to speak to a person for help . These issues are very annoying.
