I love it! At first I had some problems but soon learned the problem. Much faster printing than my last HP which I had to over 12 years.

I did quite a bit of research before deciding on this model, and we're happy with the purchase. Delivery of the printer was timely and the easy set up took only a few minutes. This model is a bit smaller than our previous HP printer and fits perfectly on our desk. The paper feeds seamlessly and printing is quick and accurate. We've been amazed at how user-friendly this printer is and with the high quality copies we get every time. We're hoping we get a lot of use out of this model.

My last printer (also a HP) was at least 10 years old. The difference between this one and and my last one is incredible. I have no problem changing paper sizes and two sided printing is easy with no problems. The feeder for copping and scanning works great. I am extremely impressed with this machine.

I love this printer. It works fast and efficient. Just like I like it. I tried another brand and ended up returning it and getting another HP printer. The only thing I don't like about HP printers is the price of their cartridges for ink. I know there are other printers that use other type of ink, but those machines are not as I would like. Unfortunately, I need to go with the ones with cartridges in them, and those are pricey to replace. But if I get a good product for the printer sake, it makes my day a whole lot easier!

The paper tray is inferior to my old Hp inkjet. I'm never sure if the paper is loaded right. Checks don't align correctly and the printing is a little to high on the check. Printing envelopes requires a change in paper size setting on the printer. The printer it replaced never required that.

I always like HP for small business and home. I had a dinosaur 8600 ink jet. Surprised that everything was still working. The ink is what killed it, quality of print was better from the previous printer, checked the setting on new and changed them and quality still doesn't seem the same. But happy with it.

I haven’t used this printer much yet, but the print quality is very good. A few things that I feel could be better are 1) could print quieter 2) I wish the screen was easier to read… maybe larger or brighter and 3) I wish you didn’t have to change paper size on printer when you’ve already changed settings in pc.

Do not like the fact that everything has to be done from an app. Scanning is ridiculous that you have to have the app instead of being able to just add an email to the actual printer. Generic ink is locked out and cannot be reset once confirmed with HP Ink. Returned this printer yesterday!

I bought one for my home office and after a week it started getting paper jams and then something on the inside broke so I bought another one and it has times when it just won’t print, I have been using HP printers for about 4 years now, several different types and none have had that WOW to them. If my boss wasn’t so determined to use HP I’d use other brands. But for now i guess I am stuck.

After many years as an HP user this new printer would not connect to the HP app Spent 8 plus hours Talking to AI as well as a live person and this was never solved After using both the 8100 series and the 9100 series I finally returned both And purchased a Canon product And it worked perfect Goodbye to HP
