I purchased his son January 3rd 2026! I've never had a sauna before so I did a lot of research before my purchase. I found that this sauna does everything it is supposed to do according to the manufacturer. if you follow the manufacturers instructions completely you will have a very sturdy sauna. THIS IS AN INDOOR SAUNA!!! The sauna was installed in one of my upstairs bedrooms where the temperature is 78°. I have heard people complain about sana's not getting to the proper temperature this one has no problem getting to the 150 if it is installed in the proper location! I installed mine on carpet but I put large sliders underneath the corners so I could move it around later if I had to paint or something also it helps to be able to move it during the building process! total purchase price with tax included was less than $2,000 .I haven't seen another one this sturdy at that price! I am able to listen to music or make telephone calls using the built-in Bluetooth speaker system! THIS SAUNA IS A KEEPER!!!

We've been loving our sauna so far. We've had it for about three weeks and have used it many times already. It takes roughly 30 minutes to reach peak temperature, and the cedar smell is absolutely wonderful. The sound system is also a great feature and adds to the overall experience. The only minor issues we've noticed are with the bench—it makes a bit of noise and shifts slightly when sitting down. We also found a staple sticking out in the middle of the bench, which we didn't notice at first. Aside from that, we're very happy with the sauna and have been enjoying it a lot.

If I could give Sam's AND Backyard Discovery negative stars, I would. We ordered the 2 person sauna in mid February and noticed it arrived in Columbus, Ohio, 2 hours from my home, on February 25th. We still have not received it nor will anyone call me regarding this order. Do not buy this item from Sam's or Backyard Discovery, go with a Dynamic Barcelona or Maxxus Seattle from another vendor.

We couldn't be happier with the Backyard Discovery 2 Person Infrared Sauna from Sam's Club. It was simple to set up %26 we've been using it daily since we got it. It's quickly become one of our favorite parts of our night time routine. It's the perfect way to unwind after a long day - super relaxing %26 easy to use %26 heats up to 150 F. Since we started using it we've both noticed feeling more relaxed overall %26 better quality of sleep. It's like having a little wellness retreat right at home. :) Highly recommend if you're looking to level up your wellness game at home!! Worth the investment in more ways that one.

I purchased then 2 person Ryan a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it . We go in after a work out and sleep like a baby . I'm recovering from hip surgery and my acupuncturist recommended I detox from the anaesthetic and relax the muscles with an infrared sauna . Some of the reviews complain that it only gets to 130 degrees but that's all you need for infrared . It works differently than a Swedish sauna . I'm so happy with mine .

I got this last week. It was very easy to assemble. It does take 2 people as it is heavy and one needs to hold the walls while another affixes them. I have used it once so far. It took about 35-40 minutes to heat up. Bluetooth connected to my iPhone very easily and it was fantastic. I got good heat and sweated a LOT! Felt great. I was skeptical because it only had two reviews, but decided to get it anyway. So glad I did. So far anyway.

This seems to be a pretty decent sauna so far. It came in 3 big boxes and was relatively easy to put together. (Tip: make sure the side panels are ABSOLUTELY flush with the front edge of the floor before tightening anything down or you will have a hard time getting the door panel secured). It looks nice and is very sturdy. Took one star off because it says max temp is 150° but it's never gotten that hot. It's inside, in a temp controlled part of the house, and the hottest it's ever gotten was 139°. I've let it sit for an hour (it shuts off at an hour) then turned it back on and it still won't get any hotter, even with the top vent closed. After a workout it feels pretty good but just getting right in makes me wish it got a little hotter. For the price it's a great unit and I like the lights and speakers.

Sauna is amazing! I have been reading and researching them for several months. I have been completely blown away by the quality of this one. It was so simple to put together and my husband and I are NOT handy. We usually end up fighting after each project we attempt and then hire it out. lol However this was not the case. It heats up in about 30 minutes which is normal and we jump in. It is a perfect size! We are larger and taller people; both over 6' and there is plenty of room for us not to touch. This is not my first backyard discovery item and won't be my last. They seem to have good quality products overall.

Our sauna came sooner than expected and was easy to assemble. Using it 3 times a week and works great. No issues. Heats up to 140 degrees in 35 minutes.
