We absolutely love this sauna. We've had it for about a month now and use it several times a week. It heats up quickly and maintains a comfortable, even temperature throughout the session. The quality really stands out — the wood feels solid, the door seals well, and everything feels thoughtfully designed. The size is perfect for two people without feeling cramped, and it's also great to use solo. Assembly was easier than expected with two people, and it fit nicely into our space without any issues. We really enjoy the added features like the lighting and Bluetooth speakers, which make it feel more like a spa experience at home. Overall, it's been a great investment in our health and relaxation. We genuinely look forward to using it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering a home sauna.

We love our sauna, it takes about a half hour to heat up to a good temp. The speakers are nice for the blue tooth. It comes in 3 boxes and took us about 2 hours to put together not rushing. The demo at our Duluth MN store had the door not fit properly, our door fit exactly the same way, I tried hinge shims and that didn't work I ended up sanding down the corner and because its solid wood that worked good, I used a mouse sander but I'm sure a palm sander would work just as well. We would recommend it.

I recently installed this Infrared Sauna and let me tell you, this is the closest I've ever felt to being a baked potato. And I mean that as a compliment. You step in, the door closes, and suddenly you're bathing in this warm, seductive red light that feels like the sun decided to give you a private hug without the UV drama. It's not the face-melting 200°F traditional sauna's blast, rather it's a cozy 120–150°F gentle roast that sneaks heat straight into your soul. Within 10 minutes, my skin starts doing that thing where it looks like someone airbrushed it. Wrinkles? More like barely noticeable character details. Red light therapy is apparently out here boosting collagen like it's getting paid commission, and combined with the infrared heat penetrating deep into muscles and joints, my chronic back pain from being an overweight tub of lard decided to take a vacation. At 6'4” 245lb I'm able to comfortably sit in this beautiful box of glory with plenty of room to move around (okay fine, it's more like 255lb…ish). I can relax, listen to sports talk radio over the Bluetooth speakers, and ultimately convince myself I am the man who can fix all of the world's problems, starting with priority one: The Cleveland Browns quarterback room. Will I go back in to this bunker of wellness each day? Of course. Will I tell all of my friends and family that I do red light therapy like I'm some sort of elitist? Obviously. But I will also recommend this sauna to each of you in the highest of regard. If you're looking for a place to roast your worries, sweat out last nights bad decisions, and emerge feeling like a shiny new human gummy bear, do yourself a favor and get this sauna.

I bought this Sauna to put in our garage so we could reap the benfits of detoxing and helping with recovery from inflammation with workouts. My wife and I get in the sauna 5 days a week. It takes about 1 hour to reach 150degF, so we plan ahead and turn it on well before we plan on getting in. For 150degFthis sauna feels hotter since it is infrared heat. It was very easy to put together, I had the help from my dad and it was a very simple installation. I love the 5 year warranty this product comes with for peace of mind. We are excited to continue to reap the benefits of our own sauna at the house.

Its been about a month now and no regrets here with our Rylan Infrared Sauna purchase. Super easy to put together, well made, and that cedar smell is nothing short of amazing. 20 minutes at night for me and 20 minutes in the morning for my Husband has been become our daily routine. We have been especially enjoying the benefits of the red light therapy and have been feeling amazing. We have ours set up in our bathroom; heats up pretty quickly and is well insulated. The panel allows you to set the heat up to 150; ours once in has gotten up to 155 the highest so far!

My husband installed this sauna into our basement a few weeks ago and it’s been the perfect addition to our at home gym! There’s nothing better than relaxing in the sauna after a workout & long day. It’s so easy to use and fits us both comfortably. We love this sauna!

This sauna is exactly what I was looking for. It fit perfectly into my basement along with my other equipment, and the ability to use a standard 12V outlet was amazing. Putting the sauna together was easy enough with an extra set of hands that it didn’t take long at all. I enjoy using this sauna to wind down at night and can’t wait to share it with more friends and family as they come over!

I have only used the sauna (no music, no lights) and it has been amazing! It takes well over an hour to reach 140 degrees but as long as I remember to turn it on while I work out it’s not a problem. I looked at a lot of different saunas and kept coming back to the Rylan 2 person sauna and I’m so happy I bought it. I use it at least three times a week and would love to be able to get in there even more! It’s well worth the investment. Company is great.

This sauna is built well and easy to assemble and looks very nice. BUT, the main point of a sauna is to get hot, this one advertises 150 degrees. This was one of my deciding factors to buy this sauna. Well... life is full of disappointments and so is this sauna by Backyard Discovery. After 1 hour the highest temp achieved was 138 degrees and this is in a 80 degree garage. So Backyard Discovery do better and either change your advertising or restate a real life temp rating.
