We absolutely love this sauna. We've had it for about a month now and use it several times a week. It heats up quickly and maintains a comfortable, even temperature throughout the session. The quality really stands out — the wood feels solid, the door seals well, and everything feels thoughtfully designed. The size is perfect for two people without feeling cramped, and it's also great to use solo. Assembly was easier than expected with two people, and it fit nicely into our space without any issues. We love our sauna, it takes about a half hour to heat up to a good temp. The speakers are nice for the blue tooth. It comes in 3 boxes and took us about 2 hours to put together not rushing. The demo at our Duluth MN store had the door not fit properly, our door fit exactly the same way, I tried hinge shims and that didn't work I ended up sanding down the corner and because its solid wood that worked good, I used a mouse sander but I'm sure a palm sander would work just as well. We would recommend it.

It's not the face-melting 200°F traditional sauna's blast, rather it's a cozy 120–150°F gentle roast that sneaks heat straight into your soul. Red light therapy is apparently out here boosting collagen like it's getting paid commission, and combined with the infrared heat penetrating deep into muscles and joints, my chronic back pain from being an overweight tub of lard decided to take a vacation. At 6'4” 245lb I'm able to comfortably sit in this beautiful box of glory with plenty of room to move around (okay fine, it's more like 255lb…ish). I can relax, listen to sports talk radio over the Bluetooth speakers, and ultimately convince myself I am the man who can fix all of the world's problems, starting with priority one: The Cleveland Browns quarterback room. Will I go back in to this bunker of wellness each day? Of course. Will I tell all of my friends and family that I do red light therapy like I'm some sort of elitist? Obviously. But I will also recommend this sauna to each of you in the highest of regard. If you're looking for a place to roast your worries, sweat out last nights bad decisions, and emerge feeling like a shiny new human gummy bear, do yourself a favor and get this sauna.

I bought this Sauna to put in our garage so we could reap the benfits of detoxing and helping with recovery from inflammation with workouts. My wife and I get in the sauna 5 days a week. It takes about 1 hour to reach 150degF, so we plan ahead and turn it on well before we plan on getting in. For 150degFthis sauna feels hotter since it is infrared heat. It was very easy to put together, I had the help from my dad and it was a very simple installation. I love the 5 year warranty this product comes with for peace of mind. We are excited to continue to reap the benefits of our own sauna at the house.

Who are you guys? When I opened the delivery box I immediately noticed that someone had taken great care to meticulously pack the sauna parts. When removing the parts the quality of the construction was obvious and well beyond expectations. When I put the sauna together I discovered that the directions were fantastic. The pictures looked exactly like what I was working with. Best directions I have seen on a product in years. You promised the sauna would reach 150 degrees. It does. The sound system is excellent and everything works exactly as promised. Needless to say, I am impressed. Great product.

I put this sauna together myself in about 1.5 hours, which was much easier than I expected. The instructions were straightforward, and everything fit together well without any major headaches. The biggest thing I've noticed is how much I actually look forward to using it. After a workout, I'll jump in for about 30 minutes and I'm absolutely dripping by the end. We just love our spa! We have had it about a month and I use it every day . The quality is the best . It was easy to install and every piece fit perfectly. It heats up quickly. I turn it on about 6 when I get up and it is 140ish by 6:30. Use it with red light which is fabulous ! This purchase was easy and is a great investment ! Recommend it to anyone who wants to feel better and live longer !!!

This sauna is built well and easy to assemble and looks very nice. BUT, the main point of a sauna is to get hot, this one advertises 150 degrees. This was one of my deciding factors to buy this sauna. Well... life is full of disappointments and so is this sauna by Backyard Discovery. After 1 hour the highest temp achieved was 138 degrees and this is in a 80 degree garage. So Backyard Discovery do better and either change your advertising or restate a real life temp rating.

This purchase was a disaster! Ordered item and 1 month later we still hadn't received the sauna. No tracking, no ETA, no accountablity! Do yourself a favor avoid this mistake! Unless you enjoy 5 phones calls and hours on the phone!!!
