I fired up the charcoal BBQ kettle and the meat was done in about an hour. I let it cool off and made nachos out of it - I ate it for 3 day's - crispy chips, refried beans cheese topped with sour cream, salsa, and shredded lettuce with chopped tomatoes. Oh my word!!!

It had a bit of fat on it but easy to clean up and remove. We bought a lot of fresh veggies and even some beans for fun. Absolutely delicious!! The seasoned meat was quite delicious. My husband and daughter was amazingly surprised and loved the fajita meat so much. We will definitely be trying other option from this brand and enjoying on our family days. With the amount of meat that comes in the package, it allowed everyone to have large portions to eat and was very filling.

The packaging was super easy to open, although it was a bit inconvenient that the instructions for cooking were on the underside. Because they are whole breasts, they can be grilled as-is or sliced thinly and cooked in a pan. I choose to slice them, cook in a pan, then add sliced peppers and onions for a few more minutes until the vegetables soften. The fajita marinade cooks down and coats the chicken. The flavor is mild and tastes of garlic, chile powder, and lemon to me. The mild flavor is perfect for fajitas and the chicken was very tender after cooking.
