Because they are whole breasts, they can be grilled as-is or sliced thinly and cooked in a pan. I choose to slice them, cook in a pan, then add sliced peppers and onions for a few more minutes until the vegetables soften. The fajita marinade cooks down and coats the chicken. The flavor is mild and tastes of garlic, chile powder, and lemon to me. The mild flavor is perfect for fajitas and the chicken was very tender after cooking.
