I fired up the charcoal BBQ kettle and the meat was done in about an hour. I let it cool off and made nachos out of it - I ate it for 3 day's - crispy chips, refried beans cheese topped with sour cream, salsa, and shredded lettuce with chopped tomatoes. Oh my word!!!

It is soft, juicy and has a good flavor, but you can add some more to it if you like spicier food. It is an easy, quick and convenient way to make Spanish food at home. You can cook it in a skillet or on a grill, depending on how fast you want your dinner done. Great thing to keep in the freezer for quick dinner or when you have company coming. Good price and there is a lot of chicken in a package Very happy with this product
