I just got our sauna together last weekend and am very happy with it. The materials are very good quality and the finish is very nice. There is plenty of room inside and it heats up quickly. My family is really enjoying it so far. My only complaints were the directions could have been more precise. I feel like I had to do a few steps over because the directions were missing key points. The only other thing I am not happy about is the wi-fi and bluetooth connectivity is not working for me. I get it connectedand then lose it every time. I wish it was just knobs instaed of electronics to work it because these things can get annoying quickly. Other than this I would recommend this sauna to anyone looking for an awsome build.

I bought on New years eve and had it installed immediately. I love the size. If I was able to get the app to connect to my sauna I would give this 5 Stars. My husband and I use it multiple times a week the only thing is not being able to use the app. Delivery was excellent and the BYD team has contacted me throughout my journey honestly one of my best gifts to myself.

I do love the sauna! It looks amazing and was easy to assemble. My only issue is that the wifi will not connect even though th sauna is 10 feet from my router. The Bluetooth won’t stay connected either. The heater gets to target quickly and i am happy with this. My only issue is the connection issues with BT and wifi.

This product does not work. The touch screen to control it is complete dysfunctional. I ordered a replacement touch screen and that doesn’t work. The WiFi connectivity does not work and there is no way to pair it with Bluetooth. There is no way to turn this sauna on or off or control it. The structure is decent, but water and snow get through the cracks. It was incredibly difficult and time consuming to assemble. It is clear they did no quality assurance or any testing whatsoever before they released this to market. Save yourself a lot of trouble and get another product. After speaking to their customer service, it is clear that my issue is not a one off issue. They have a long list of other clients with these same issues.

My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed this sauna. It provides good health benefits but has also given us quality time together while visiting. We have had it for about two and a half months. Everything is working well. The value for the money is outstanding. Thank you Backyard Discovery!

It was very easy to set up. I replaced my old hottub, so we had 220 volt service. It is a great product.

Had it for a couple of months now. Loving it. Perfect addition to the back porch! Blood pressure is the best it's been in years!

Purchased couple months ago and due to summer heat have only used it twice but we love it. Look forward to using it in these cold Midwest winters!

We chose paxton over other saunas because of the reviews and they were accurate. It looks amazing and works very good so far. Building it would have been a little difficult if you don't have any construction skills.

Excellent sauna! Everything what you need including the roof! Heats up very fast and very good quality! Installation took a while, but it has very nice instructions. Customer service is excellent! Absolutely do recommend this sauna!
