I would recommend to everyone with a pet

It was easy to use and did a fantastic job. I told all my family how happy I was with this product.

Easy to use.

We have a new puppy. ''This has helped me revive my carpets after many potty accidents.

Brushes don't rotate.

Brand new and the brushes don't rotate. I am so disgusted.

I would not purchase this item again.

This steamer works well but leaves too much water in the carpet. What a disappointment!

The Proheat 2x is so easy to use and so easy to clean

The cleaner that I used to own was so hard to clean. This one is a breeze
