Works great!

This works great on pet stains and orods in carpet. And the smooth floor attachment makes cleaning up even dried on messes so much easier!

Would not recommend

Loses suction frequently. Water sits on the carpet. On a positive note it cleans fairly well when it works properly.

Thanks for your feedback—we’re glad to hear it cleans well when working properly, but we’re sorry about the suction issues. That can sometimes be caused by a loose tank or clogged nozzle. Please visit support.bissell.com so we can help troubleshoot and get your machine running smoothly again.
