Could not be more HAPPY about this purchase. Was not sure at first because of the price but as they say you get what you pay for and did I ever.

This carpet machine is the easiest to clean of all the machines I have ever owned. plus it doed ciean carpet really well.

Used it once, it smelled funny then it stopped. Did. not run over anything g but the rug. Now it won't start at all.

Worthless. Put down a gallon of fresh water and cleaner and picked up a couple of ounces. See photo. Left all the dirty Water crud in the carpet.

Loved the feel of the carpet after it dried, much softer. Definitely a lot lighter then my other steam cleaner.

Loses suction frequently. Water sits on the carpet. On a positive note it cleans fairly well when it works properly.
