I used this on my carpet for the first time the day after I bought it, my cat vomited on the carpet and it was a mess. Used the solution that it came with and hot water and it cleaned it up like it never happened. I'm very happy with my purchase. I bought this to replace a 10 year old Bissell carpet shampooer. This one is lighter than my old one so is easier to get up and down the basement stairs. I like that there are 2 different tanks.

I recently moved and now have carpet in some areas of my house, so I knew Bissell was the carpet cleaner for me. I love that they have redesigned them so when your done cleaning it is very easy to clean up your machine for storing! Also so much easier to clean under furniture now. I haven't owned a carpet cleaner in over 4 years because I had no carpet, but in the past I have always chose bissell. I have multiple pets and this carpet cleaning machine helps to keep things clean and fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned numerous carpet cleaners over the years but this one, just WOW! I have never seen one remove pet stains as effortlessly as this bad boy. It even took out stains my previous cleaner didn't touch! Did it with max of 2 passes! Seriously impressed. If there is a down side it would be it's extreme suction power, after vacuuming twice before using this beast pulled up tons of pet hair! I vacuum every other day at least, if it had been my Great Pyrenees hair I wouldn't have been surprised but this was cat fur I couldn't even see! Super easy to use, not heavy or difficult to maneuver but far more powerful than advertised. I am blown away!

I was excited to finally get to try the Bissell Revolution Pet Pro. I read through the Quick Start/User Guide and to be honest, I was a bit overwhelmed. But once I looked over the machine and then referred back to the guide, I was good. I went to work on 2 small carpeted areas in our long foyer, the main high traffic area in our home. The Revolution Pet Pro was easy to manage. I liked that the water that is misted over the carpet wasn't excessive. At the base of the cleaner you could see the dirt that was being extracted from the carpet. It made me feel like I was truly accomplishing a normally dreaded task. When I was finished, I went to break down the pieces that come off in order to clean those parts of dirt, grime, hair, etc. I did have a bit of an issue trying to take apart the pieces at the base. But, after referring back to the guide, I was able to remove those pieces as well. I used the Bissell Professional Deep Clean Formula along with the Pet Stain & Odor + Antibacterial Formula in the machine. I was quite happy with the results. What's also nice about the Bissell Revolution Pet Pro is it's not heavy and bulky. I have mobility issues and yet I was able to maneuver this cleaner without any problems. My Spring cleaning is only partly completed. At least I don't have to dread cleaning the other carpets in my home. *I must disclose that I received a free product in exchange for my honest review.

I'm bummed I bought this machine and the first urine spot I had it didn't remove. The area rug still stinks. I called customer service 3 times and they gave me suggests how to remove the stain, however nothing has worked. Customer service even sent special spray. I love love all my other pet pro products so I spent the money on this carpet cleaner but it leaks all over the room when I'm putting it away hasn't removed the urine smell that I immediately tackled and have cleaned over 6 times. I'm disappointed in the brand new machine I just bought for a lot of money couldn't remove the urine stain it was designed for. I love my pet pro vacuum but my carpet cleaner isn't so great :(

Needed a replacement for an eight year old carpet cleaner, that other "H" brand. This Bissell blows it out of the water!! It's so much easier to use, to take apart and clean up is a breeze. My carpet looks new again. I no longer feel like I'm pushing around a tank, I'm zipping along with a sleek sports car. Bissell has a winner!!

I absolutely love this thing! It makes cleaning up after my dogs so easy! I usually had to rent a shampooer from the local grocery store to clean carpets but this works so well I dont need to use the heavier cleaning machine. I would definitely recommend this machine for someone with pets. Its lightweight so not miserable to take up and down the steps either.

As of now have only used it once. But will be using it to keep up the cleaning and maintenance of my carpet. It is lightweight and more powerful than my old Bissell carpet shampooer. One thing I do really like is the EZ Clean. Since, on the 1964 you can remove the Brush shield it is so much easier to completely clean the whole machine. (A time saver).

So I received this machine from PinchMe in exchange for an honest review and I was pleasantly surprised by how well this machine works. I have to admit that I thought this was more like a gimmick and would not clean that well but it us a fantastic machine that not only cleans pet stains but all other stains too. It is simple and easy to use with attachments that make the job easier. It maneuvers quickly and easily and the added cleaners that come as a bonus really add to show its great cleaning ability. It is a great machine that certainly is recommended

I love this machine. I have 2 dogs that make certain "messes" right next to the doggie pads. This machine has been a lifesaver to rid my carpet from pet odors and stains. Can be used as often as needed to keep the area clean by using the small collector. I am retired and unable to perform heavy cleaning jobs, but this machine is very easy to handle.
