[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it once but it worked great. It was easy to assemble and pulled lots of yuck out of my carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use. Did great job on carpet that had some pet stains. What I really like is the ability to take the parts off the head and clean them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 dog that love My bedroom which has a heavy carpet, I also use it in the rest of the house that is all tile. So far it works very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older pro to heat carpet cleaner I think I'm headed about 10 years anyway to belt broke that's why I bought the newer one and it's a whole lot easier to dismantle to clean it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this cleaner only two weeks after using my old cleaner on a little-used room and I was shocked at how much dirt was picked up. The suction is really good so the carpet dried quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awful stained carpet from everything you can imagine from our little puppy. Very impressed with how much better it looks after cleaning.

I love this so much!!!! It definitely does the job! I have a dog and she kept peeing in my daughters room and everything else wouldn't get down to the padding but this did and now the smell is gone and the carpet is clean! Well worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have truly enjoyed shampooing my carpets with this product. It has gotten the dirt out, and fluffed the carpet. My carpets are not brand new, but they definitely look a lot newer now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love it! Worked great on a lot of stains that were years old! The only downside in my eyes is it's hard to REALLY clean out the big brush nozzle.
