[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two pets and lots of grandkids so use this product to keep carpets clean and fresh. Like how easy it was to assemble and the low profile makes it easy to get under furniture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DOES NOT HEAT WATER UP!! I bought this because it's called the "Pro Heat" but it doesn't even warm water up.. very misleading

We use it to clean our carpets often. We have a little dog the will not go out side. We have pet urine stains. this machine works better than any other Bissell I have had .
