Previously owned a Hoover carpet cleaner, seemed to do a good job. After reading about the Bissel ProHeat I decided to perchase one. I was very surprised at the difference in how much better the Bissell cleaned the carpets.

Absolutely wonderful machine. This was a replacement machine and it works better than my original Bissell which I loved but the dear thing grew too old.
