We use it to clean our carpets often. We have a little dog the will not go out side. We have pet urine stains. this machine works better than any other Bissell I have had .

Very satisfied . Replaced my 7 year old Bissell carpet machine. Have 2 older dogs with occasional accidents. Purchased this machine after a disappointing professional cleaning.

The device clogs up to much. The floor does not dry within an hour as advertised. It took 10hrs for my carpet to dry. So I feel there is some false advertising with this device.
