Very satisfied . Replaced my 7 year old Bissell carpet machine. Have 2 older dogs with occasional accidents. Purchased this machine after a disappointing professional cleaning.

I've had the product for a month, I am completely satisfied with the performance. The cleaning is very easy and the results are amazing. There are many videos to familiarize yourself with how to use and maintain the cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first Pet Pro. I do like this one better than my last one. I've only used it one time so far, but it was easy to use and seems to clean well. Need to try my attachments though.
