I'm very pleased to have purchased the newest Bissell shampooer. It does a wonderful job, and much easier to fill and empty. I recommend it to all that need a great carpet cleaner with such an easy use.

The device clogs up to much. The floor does not dry within an hour as advertised. It took 10hrs for my carpet to dry. So I feel there is some false advertising with this device.
