We have two dogs and one has the occasional habit of peeing on our wall to wall carpet. I bought this carpet cleaner to use about once a month for the entire room. Overall it worked really well and made a big difference. Based on the dirty water tank, it appeared to have pulled years worth of dirt from the carpet! The only downside is that it took me two fills of the clean water jug to do only one room. It's a tedious process to fill and use the vacuum but the results are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be easy to use. Really like the spot cleaning Attachment. Have only used once. Would have liked a manual directions on how to use. Had to go on line. Seems like a lot of different cleaning solutions to go with it a little confusing right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to clean my bedroom carpet while all the furniture was out of the room so that we could paint the walls. While I did vaccum the room before scrubbing the carpet; the new carpet cleaner pulled out even more dog hair! (We have a German Shephard which sheds year round.) I am now thinking about buying a Bissell vaccum cleaner since their products obviously clean better than my current vaccum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used it one time and I know it was working well because that water was so dirty. It is easy to use and very portable. The only downside is that the water tank only hold a gallon of water so you will need to refill and empty more frequently, but I think that is a fair trade off for a machine that is so easy to maneuver and push around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product! I was skeptical, but once I used it, I was hooked. It really cleans up pet stains easily and without a lot of tries. When I used the spot treat function, it really helped lift out the pet stain, and my carpet looked and smelled great! I recommend this product to anyone with pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this to help renew my 20+ year old carpets. I have a lot of heavy traffic areas and did two separate cleaning sessions on my cream colored carpet, what a difference! While my carpet still looks aged, it is a lot better than it was.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bissel pet pro. It handles even the pet stains I couldn't get to until they've set into the carpet. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't suck its moisture all the way up in the end and winds up dripping a fair amount back onto the carpet after I've turned off the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Bissell Pet Pro. It's heavy duty enough for a serious cleaner yet easy to handle. It does an excellent job cleaning our tough puppy stains and walking traffic stains. It lifted our carpet nap right up! By the way, our 1st Bissell Pet Pro lasted 15 years and we never had a complaint.

This machine is impressive! While it doesn't have the water capacity of the 'rental machine' (Rug Doctor), it is easier to operate / manipulate around the house and less spillage when filling and emptying the respective tanks. The ProHeat-2 does a Great / Professional Job of cleaning and leaves very little water behind... I'd purchase this model again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use and works exactly as Bissell said it would. I have two English Labs - so any pet owner knows the rest of that story. My bedroom carpet was in dire need mainly because of my black and somewhat oily lab. I followed instructions carefully and was amazed at how well the builder grade carpeting looked - and it was dry in no time. Worked beautifully on my living room area rug as well which is light gray. I cannot be more pleased
