the battery does not charge all the time when plugged in. i have to return it.

Easy set up partly due to Windows 11 being easier to set up. Setting from the ASUS is pretty straight forward. Very fast computer even after loading most everything I use. I had to have a backlit keyboard and this one has three levels of lighting. Would be nicer if there was an indication when you changed Num Lock, and couple other key settings but my past laptop didn't either. 
ALL my past laptops were HP but this time they wanted a premium for backlight and Intel I7 for some reason and an even bigger cost for HD  like this laptop has. Thus far the ASUS meets or exceeds my past laptops.
