Good printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this printer and set it up a few days ago. The setup was easy, and I was able to start printing right away. It connected without any problems, and the print quality looks good. It is simple to use and does everything I need it to do. I have only had it for a short time, but so far I am happy with it.

Did not come with the extra black ink cart as advertised. It clearly states in their specifications, "HP 923 Club 5 Pack: Black(2)/Yellow/Magenta/Cyan Original Ink Cartridges". Mine had a '4 Pack' of ink with 1 black, not the 2 blacks as clearly advertised. Sams Club support was useless as always, basically telling me to return the entire thing to the store instead of simply offering a partial refund for the cost difference of the missing black ink cart or simply sending me another 923 Black Ink cart to make it right. Consistently dislike HP products and Sams Club in general.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this printer! Well packaged, easy to remove from the box (i.e. didn't take a village and tools to get out of the packing materials!) Set up was literally plug it in and follow the clear step by step instructions on the TouchPad screen. Easy to connect via WiFi and USB (yes I tried both bc I'm GenX and don't trust stuff that doesn't have a backup plan...) Printing is clear, fast, and blissfully quiet! Scanning takes another set up on your computer, but once that's done, it's easy easy to scan. Copying is quick, easy, and clear also. Love this so much I ran it out of ink within 6 weeks of heavy office use. That's when the fight started....Amazon, HP, and errybody all up in here acting like te replacement cartridges are made with precious ink from a galaxy far, far away. Pricey. But that's the only negative thing I have to say about this product. It's great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a mixed experience with the HP OfficeJet Pro 8125. For normal printing, it has been a good printer, the documents come out clear, it is quick enough for everyday use, and having printing, copying, and scanning in one machine is convenient. The setup was fairly straightforward and the app was easy to install on my devices. My issue has been the HP app on my MacBook. It works for some scans, but when I try to scan certain documents, the app repeatedly crashes. That is frustrating because scanning is one of the main reasons I wanted an all-in-one printer. I can still use it for regular printing, but I expected the scanning process to be more dependable. Overall, it is a decent printer with good print quality, but the app crashing makes it harder to recommend if you scan often from a Mac.

Ordered this printer with one hour delivery. It didn’t come in the hour, or that day or the next day or day after. It did not refund my money in the subsequent 2 weeks after cancellation so far. I would recommend picking it up if you want it. Communication is lousy and a big firm shouldn’t be holding onto your money for multiple weeks.

It was easy to set up, and the wireless connection to my devices was quick and easy. The print quality is great. Very clear This printer is small, fits nicely under my son’s desk. It operates quietly, and I love that it has an app! Overall, I’m satisfied It’s reliable, easy to use, and has all the features needed for everyday printing, scanning, and copying. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable all-in-one printer.

However, I have used, fixed and recommended many HP's over the years and this model falls right in line with my expectations. It's easy to setup, easy to connect and easy to operate. The HP app couldn't be much more straight forward. It even has tools built in to assist when the printer isn't working correctly or can't connect. I don't have a traditional office where mine can be setup and ready to use all the time, so I get it out when I need to print and it's a simple as turning it on, waiting a minute and I'm ready to go.
