This model is almost identical to our previous model which lasted 10 years. Very simple and easy to use. Provides all the features I need.

Like the printer, easy to use and understand how to change cartridges, etc. Pleased with the performance of the 8125 Printer.

Support was non existent unless I paid for it and I'm not gonna do that on a new product. TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

The printer setup was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Everything was explained clearly. I would definitely recommend!

Like this printer because it operates thru wifi so you eliminate the wires so it's much less clutter.

Great product, though the ink runs out too soon. Less than 20 pages printed and I already run out of ink!!!

The last printer would "sleep" after a short period of non-use. Had to be manually "awakened". Don't particularly liked the AI. Disabled it.

Dislike installation instructions, worst I have ever seen and no phone number for help. Not a product for a person over 80 years old.

(BEWARE) This product had a low overall star rating previously. May listing issues with the functionality of the printer. All of a sudden a bunch of promoted 5 star reviews are get posted to boost the product rating. Pretty scummy for Sam's or HP for allowing this.

Ordered this printer with one hour delivery. It didn't come in the hour, or that day or the next day or day after. It did not refund my money in the subsequent 2 weeks after cancellation so far. I would recommend picking it up if you want it. Communication is lousy and a big firm shouldn't be holding onto your money for multiple weeks.
