The pork loin has a really good flavor. Easy to cook. Caution: mine cooked much faster on the recommended oven setting. I took it out 12 minutes earlier than the recommended time on the package and it was overcooked. Next time I'll use a remote meat thermometer. I would start temp checking at 30 mins tops. It stays super tender and juicy when I cook it to 145°.

This is great to serve with roasted vegetables and potatoes. I’ve cooked mine for approximately 40 minutes and it was so nice and tender. Great buy.

Meet was very tough and chewy

This one is a big miss for me. The problem is the seasoning is off. Almost no salt. It tastes like they marinated it in heavy bay leaf, and heavy rosemary with maybe just a little hint of old basil. It's a swing and a miss because there's a cloying and annoying bitterness that collapses the richness that you would normally have with a pork loin like this. Just lots of salt and pepper would've been better tasting. I've noticed this weird flavor in other of the Smithfield products, like the brisket.

Sounded like it would be really good but it isn't. Way too salty. The meat itself looks like it underwent some chemical reaction. It's much better to season your own meat.

Did not like flavor it was three of us and no one liked it
