Support is basically a joke. They are very nice, but seem unable/ unwilling to even trouble shoot the device.

Machine works really well. Makes ice fast. Doesn’t take up much space. It is also quite when running. Couldn’t ask for better.

Best icemaker ever. I bought one for my son for Christmas and after seeing the product in action had to have one for myself.

My new machine pours water into the collection bin so my ice is always hard. It is more water than ice.
