Makes the perfect nugget ice but a little loud

I am pleased with the quality and amount of ice that is made. The only downside of the product is that the motor is loud when producing the ice.

Support is almost non-existent

Support is basically a joke. They are very nice, but seem unable/ unwilling to even trouble shoot the device.

Awesome ice maker

Make the nugget ice quickly and and keeps it frozen for a while. The water tank on the machine holds atleast 5 cups of water

Worked fine at first but started dying at 11 months. Seems to the the norm based on reviews I have read elsewhere.

Water tank air bubbles issues!!!!

The air bubbles in the tube has caused me to manually lift the water tank EVERY DAY !! For the price I paid, this should be fixed!

Great Product

Our family loves this product. The ice is clean and just the right size. We have had the ice maker for about 6 months and have not had any issues.
