Love this ice maker. The ice is a soft crunch - it is the best. The optional filter is a huge plus.

Clean looking, nice countertop appliance. A little louder than I wanted, but I love the ice... so it's worth the noise.

Didn't work. Always said it needed more water even when it was full. Support said it would need to be replaced so just returned it.

It kept saying making ice then add water and never made the ice. Troubleshot it to the point where I gave up and returned it.

love the side water tank, helps not having to fill the main tank all of the time. I also, like that you can turn the light off at night.
