Ice maker works great, but impossible to get the smart features to connect to use scheduling or otherwise.

Love it!! Makes ice very fast. Only complaint..little pricey and I wish the side water reservoir could refill without taking it out of the stand.

This is the best ice for any drink! Great to chew. We take this in our RV for more ice on trips and then bring in the house to use.

The ice is great, the machine is super noisy and problematic. Had to return one which took 2 months because it made a horrendous squeak.

I enjoy the airiness of the ice and the size. I often fill a class full of ice without anything else and just eat it. It's very refreshing.
