The Opal Nugget 2 ice maker with side tank is wonderful. It was easy to setup. Works quietly and quickly. We're extremely happy with it. The only opportunity I would offer is that it's impossible to find the optional water filter for it.

Received a defective machine and support won't respond. Water just sits in the reservoir and won't run through the machine. Doesn't work. Save your money!

You can't go wrong with this product.Real easy to setup ,space saving and very productive if something happened to this one I would purchase another one definitely

The unit was bad out of the box. It sounded like a chainsaw and absolutely that loud could hear it across the house and it didn't make ice send it back.

This is the best nugget ice maker! My whole family loves it! It's so easy to make ice with it and it makes it very quickly! I am very happy with this purchase!

Had for less than a year and it broke, got a replacement after a month and it broke 4 months later. we love the ice, it was quick and convenient. but not worth the money for only 18 months of ice. They will not replace this unit.

Worked amazing when I first got! Stopped using for a bit and now it won't clean or make ice. I made sure to clean and dry everything before stopping use as well. Really sad about it not working anymore

My husband and I love this ice maker. So easy to set up and uses the melted water to create more ice so there's never a mess on the countertop. We've been drinking so much more water and I couldn't be happier!

I have purchased TWO. I thought it was my fault that the first one quit working due to using well water. Only used bottled water on 2nd one. It lasted 7 months. Never could get anyone af customer service. Terrible quality for such a high price.

I'm LOVING this ice maker. It was easy to setup and quickly started making ice. Yes you can hear the machine running but it's not very loud to be to distracting. It is more like a humming noise then stops when the bin is full.
