1st my son in law told me this is the same ice maker his employer uses. personally it makes ice fast. keeps up with our famof 5 amd only jave to refill the water every other day

I love my nugget ice, the only little problem we have is the the hose to the tank gets kinked in the back…other wise I love it, just ordered a filter for it so I don't have to keep buying bottle water…

returning it this week. it immediately started making horrible noises, and as time went on, it was more frequent and louder! obviously, i received a defective one. The sonic ice was wonderful!

Only had it for 3 months and already messed up. Stuck on “Add Water” even when it's full. I cleaned it every month and descaled it once. Went through lots of YouTube self fixes and still not working.

I love that it was easy to assemble. I love how fast it makes the ice. I was expecting it to be loud but actually it's really quiet. I'd buy it again.
