absolutely love the ice and makes quite a bit i just really wish when you opened the ice compartment water would drop out from the melted ones at the bottom of the ice bucket

I feel when I receive a product it should be ready to work. I should not have to clean it before I use it. But we do love the ice! I would recommend it but prepare them that it's going to have to be cleaned first. It's not a plug in and go.

My 3 children and I are thrilled with this ice machine. They love the shape of the ice. Icemaker is completely efficient and keeps up with our use! Love it!

This is an awesome appliance when it works... Constant WiFi connection issues. Now it won't power on. Not sure what is going in... When it worked... It was great. Made ice quickly and it was amazing.

This machine was easy to set up. I was surprised to see how fast it made ice. It makes the best soft and chewable ice. My husband and I are so glad we bought the ice maker.

I LOVE Opal Ice!!! The only thing that reduced the stars to 4 is the screeching that it does at some point during a cycle. I can't figure out what causes it and I can hear it 2 rooms away from the ice maker.

This is our second Opal, we have a first version before GE acquired. we loved it until it became impossible to maintain and a constant mold problem. So we spent the money and bought the GE version.

Good looking, matches my other appliances, the cubes are the perfect size, I purchased the site tank which makes things very easy. It is programmed to my phone. I can turn it on and off with ease from my app.

Purchased this as a gift for my wife who is a huge fan of nugget ice. But this has quickly become the favorite appliance of the entire family. Mostly we use this ice for our water but it makes great ice for cocktails.

I absolutely love my ice maker! I use this ice to keep all my drinks cold. It's great if you like to chew ice also. It's quite and doesn't put off much heat like anticipated. It is also beautiful sitting on my counter!
