Makes ice fast. I prefer a harder, clear ice cube. Small size melts fast in cocktails. Normal Operation is noisy. Noise is overwhelming if chunks get into pumping area.

Honestly so much better in person! The feel of it is excellent. Very beautiful finish. Matches the rest of our stainless steel appliances. The additional water is amazing. Helps us from filling it nightly. Love it!

We have had our icemaker for 1 month. It worked okay, but started making horrible noises for 40 minutes straight. So, we descaled it following the instructions provided, and now it will not even start making ice. So dissapointing!!

I LOVE my ice maker!!! The ice is the best!!! Only negative I have is cleaning is a little complicated and instructions not real clear about cleaning. But overall LOVE IT!

I love opal ice. It's great and worth having. That said, be warned its loud... And kinda large. I set it to come on a short while each day so I don't need to hear it. Works for me. Overall highly recommend.

We love the amount of ice it makes, it easily keeps up with our use. I am an ice chewer and it drives my husband nuts, this ice is perfect consistency and he does not hear me chewing! We love it.

I feel when I receive a product it should be ready to work. I should not have to clean it before I use it. But we do love the ice! I would recommend it but prepare them that it's going to have to be cleaned first. It's not a plug in and go.

We don't know how we lived without this! It works perfectly and all four of us in our family use it daily. Love how it replaces the ice as soon as any is used. Definitely recommend the side tank…wouldn't want to go without it.
