The products looks and is well designed. If you chew ice, this ice will help protect your teeth or dental work from breaking. I would recommend only using filtered water or Reverse osmosis treated water.

I love this ice maker. It's easy to set up and start using. It's also a nice size so it fits well in my kitchen. We use a lot of ice and we never run out with the Opal. It's the best chewable ice too.

We love the ice it makes. It's mostly pretty quiet. Only thing I wish it had were more control over the features such as it always turns back on when you open and close the drawer to get ice.
