It's been great, provides plenty of delicious nugget ice for my iced coffee. Pretty quiet and being able to schedule it's on/off times via the app is very useful.

Ordered online and when box arrived thought what have I got myself into. I'll never figure this out. But was I wrong. Out of the box and making ice in less than an hour!!

Outstanding Performance, so far we are very impressed. The machine is about 1-2” to tall to fit under our kitchen cabinets, but was able to find a great spot for it nonetheless.

We love the amount of ice it makes, it easily keeps up with our use. I am an ice chewer and it drives my husband nuts, this ice is perfect consistency and he does not hear me chewing! We love it.

WE LOVE OUR OPAL ICE MAKER. ICE IS MADE QUICKLY. NOT TOO LOUD. I DID GIVE MYSELF ANOTHER JOB HAVING TO FILL THE WATER JUG FROM THE FILTERED REFRIGERATOR WATER. MY WATER JUG IS NOT RIGHT NEXT TO THE ICE MAKER-THE WATER LINE IS LONG ENOUGH.

I love this ice maker so much that I bought a second one . It's makes perfect nugget size ice . It's very easy to clean and looks great on your counter top . The wifi function is an added bonus .

As far as process, the icemaker is fabulous makes ice quickly easy to clean and kids love the mini “ fast food,” ice chips. Problem is I am on my third one in 18 months. Machine will at random moments. Just start making very odd. Screaming sounds.
