I love having a little nugget ice. This machine makes enough for about 2 people. We had to move it into another room because it is loud. On occasion it will make a very loud screeching noise.

We love this ice maker. It's a constant use in our house! Expense but worth it. Only lasted 3 years but it is used consistently and we replaced as soon as the other one broke.

I had the very first Opal Ice machine, this one has little tweaks to the design that make it more functional and practical. I do wish it was slightly shorter so that it fit under a standard cabinet.
