It started making ice with in 20 minutes. To me it's very quiet and the extra tank is amazing. Still learning about it, but so far it's doing a fantastic job on making nugget ice. Very pleased customer!

I set it up about an hour ago and so far, it's been running smoothly. I can't speak to its longevity just yet, but the quality is very good. The setup process was also quite easy.

This is the neatest appliance that I own!! It refills quickly and fits comfortably on my counter under the upper cabinets. I can't imagine having a cold drink with big clunky ice cubes any more!

Great ice maker. I love the scheduling function. It's great that you can dictate when ice is produced, and when it's in idle mode. This helps save water, especially if you're using spring water

People question why you'd pay so much for an ice machine. Don't knock it til you try it. Probably the best appliance I own & am super super happy with it! The ice is fantastic!

This thing is amazing, had a huge family get together and the ice machine was never empty. It doesn't come with a water filter but you definitely need to buy one. Keeps you water and ice nice and clean. Great investment!

The unit is a great size for counter use. We love the lighted storage area. My wife has always loved that type of ice and had to stop a lot to purchase and always said lots of ice please.

I have been very pleased with this ice maker so far. It is very intuitive to use and my whole family loves it (ages 6-41!). Very pleased with this purchase!
