I have been completely pleased with my OPAL. It does everything it is suppose to do. I have had NO ISSUES with it and I have had it for approximately 9 months now.

We have had our machine for 5 months and although the ice cubes are a great size, we hate the machine. It always makes these loud squeaking noises and constantly needs to be cleaned/descaled. We even use filtered water.

I love this ice maker. I have it set to make ice before I wake up and again for when I get home. It's the best ice for chilling the water in my Hydro Flask or what ever my drink of choice may be any other time of the day. It's Fantast-ice

This is a quiet and fast ice machine, within 10 minutes it is already dropping ice. The ability to use the app to set up a schedule or turn it on to have ice when I get home is awesome.

We purchased the Profile nugget ice machine and absolutely love it! We had one of the original First build machines that failed due to a mishap on our part, so we replaced it with the new updated version and I can say it's much better built.

Very consistent with making ice easily never have to worry about running out of ice it is noisy and squeaky at times but the quality of ice does override this problem

This icemaker fits perfectly under the cupboards on our counter. It is quiet and never runs out. The ice it produces is top notch and the little kids even know how to refill and use it.

Awesome product and LOVE the ice.  I don't like the slope down try that deposits water everywhere when opened… if it remained in an upright/straight out drawer, it probably wouldn't make a mess.  

I love the ice it works great the only thing is how often it needs cleaned this was the only complaint i could find online i clean mine once a week and it works great

I love the texture and hardness of the ice! I love everything about it except cleaning it every other day! After 2 days it will start making a screaming noise that will only stop if you unplug it.
