We enjoy the ice this machine makes. The problem I have is it is just too noisy. I have tried noise-suppression material that does not help. I have had to set the schedule to make ice in the early morning hours when we are asleep.

Product arrived with a small dent in the back right side. Hopefully that won't be a problem. Sanitized and got it running-so far, so good. Currently wondering if it ever gets "full". Only about 1/3 that I've seen up until now.

We love the amount of ice it makes, it easily keeps up with our use. I am an ice chewer and it drives my husband nuts, this ice is perfect consistency and he does not hear me chewing! We love it.

Love the pebble ice, so easy to use and maintain. Quiet and not too big on the counter. Makes tons of ice before having to add water. Great great product!!!!!

This is the BEST ice maker. I love the soft chewy ice and it never runs out. I also love how it reminds me when I need to add more water. I tell everyone about how great this product is and that they should purchase one as well

This product is amazing so far no issues. A lot of negative reviews but it is for the older version this is the 2.0 and it is wonderful. Very quiet and runs perfect. Won't be disappointed. Price high but worth it.

My wife received this GE ice maker for Mothers Day and is totally impressed with it. She loves the ice and with the Bluetooth we were able to set the start and stop times. Great product.

Works very well. I've had other ice makers and this one is very easy to use and well built. Ice is the best in drinks and comes with excellent instructions on how to maintain the equipment to make it last

I love this ice maker. It's easy to set up and start using. It's also a nice size so it fits well in my kitchen. We use a lot of ice and we never run out with the Opal. It's the best chewable ice too.

Out of the box the maker did not work. I tried some of the troubleshooting methods I found on youtube with no luck. Would recommend to anyone not to purchase this machine
