We have had our nugget ice maker for about a week and it's amazing! We hesitated because it was a little pricey but finally decided to give it a try and it is all that we had hoped and more!

We use this ice maker in our bonus room bar area and we love it! It is definitely a little noisy when it's making ice, so I try to schedule it in the app to make ice when it won't disturb us. Would definitely recommend!

I thought I was buying my wife a wonderful gift for Christmas. It was great for three weeks and now it's done producing ice. I've done the tips online multiple times and have had no luck. I'd recommend a different ice maker.

Our ice maker went out so decided to try counter top one. I love the size of the ice and it looks really nice on the counter. It is nice to have ice that is easy to get to.

I love ice if the maker its self didn't mess up and make this awful noise after just opening it it would deserve 5 stars however I can not figure out why there is an awful noise

We have had it for a month, so far it is working good. The only concern is that something's the water runs in the ice bin. This is our third one and hopefully it will last longer than the previous two we had.

I love ice- and, particularly the ice from Sonics. When I learned about this product- I was thrilled! It produces just enough ice for me daily and I feel so indulged! While we did have a filtering problem 6 months in, customer service was great!

I love love my opal 2.0 this is my second I bought the first one in 2017 and used the heck out of it ,when this model came out with the side tank I decided to get it and I love it . I can't live with out this ice .

This ice maker makes great, soft nugget ice very quickly. My whole family loves it. My daughter just gets cups of the ice to eat. The only downside is that it is a bit loud when it's running. Other than that, it is great.
