Our ice maker went out so decided to try counter top one. I love the size of the ice and it looks really nice on the counter. It is nice to have ice that is easy to get to.

I love ice if the maker its self didn't mess up and make this awful noise after just opening it it would deserve 5 stars however I can not figure out why there is an awful noise

I set it up about an hour ago and so far, it's been running smoothly. I can't speak to its longevity just yet, but the quality is very good. The setup process was also quite easy.

Much improved over our last Opal. Lighter overall weight, front info display panel, improved venting for increased air flow, makes ice much faster than old model. The ice is wonderful! Really happy with this one!

I love love my opal 2.0 this is my second I bought the first one in 2017 and used the heck out of it ,when this model came out with the side tank I decided to get it and I love it . I can't live with out this ice .

Great ice maker. I love the scheduling function. It's great that you can dictate when ice is produced, and when it's in idle mode. This helps save water, especially if you're using spring water

I have been looking for a nugget ice maker for a while. I read a lot of reviews and this ice maker was the best. I have not been disappointed! It is awesome!

I happen to have a refrigerator without an icemaker, so I bought a icemaker to put on my counter, the first one was ok, I just didn't like the sharp, so I search on-line for about a year. After about 2 years I Bought the GE opal

I was a little hesitant on pulling the trigger over the price, they are expensive. I am so glad that I did, the whole family loves using this ice maker.
