Product has been very reliable, wife uses it daily and it continues to making good ice. I hear of others who purchased other brands and are having major issues, Thanks GE.

It's a great ice machine and has the best crunchy ice and overall has great quality. It's does make some loud sounds while making ice but it's not overly loud .

Great "chewy" ice and it works great in producing ice fairly quickly... the only issue is I can't seem to keep the WiFi connection stable to access and turn on/off if I'm planning to need it, but not home yet.

I finally decided to go for it and purchase this ice maker. I am so glad I did. My whole family loves the ice it makes. It doesn't take long at all to fill back up after getting ice.

Best appliance in our house WHEN ITS WORKING. We are on our 3rd!!! We follow the rules. We clean it. We use only osmosis filtered water, and it still doesn't work. First one lasted almost a year. Then the next two aren't lasting a month.

I held out for so long to purchase this due to price. But I finally just bit the bullet. I have no regrets thus far. It's so so good! Not sure how I ever lived without it. Ha!

What an outstanding machine. Every one loves the ice machine. It's fast at making ice and easy on the eyes. The machine is good looking and catches attention especially with the light on the ice.

A great purchase! It makes a lot of ice ( the GOOD kind too) in very little time, with hardly any noise. The inside light is a very cool feature as well. Love it!

This little counter top ice machine has to be the best we ever owned. Makes ice very fast and so dang easy to use. Soft crystal ice is the only way to go.

Instructions were clear to put together. Makes great ice. We live in 100 degree weather so the ice maker is used all the time. Does say it needs cleaned weekly which seems like a lot.?
