What a GREAT appliance! I don't know how I ever got by without this! This makes the most perfect ice. Small soft nuggets of ice! Cleaning is simple too.

Breaks quickly, the first one we got broke after about a month, the first replacement broke after a week, the second replacement didn't work out of the box. We are now on the fourth unit and are hoping it will last a little longer

A delightful machine! I love how small the palette ice cubes are and how quiet the machine is. I don't even realize it's there! The machine always has a bucket of ice ready for me to consume.
