We have had other counter top ice makers for years. This one is quiet and provides ice for our family of 3 adults with ice at all times. We love the extra water holder. We are glad we bought it even though it is pricey.

We really love the ice maker. It gives us a ready supply of ice continuously. The small ice pellets are perfect for drinks. We like it so well that we plan to take it with us in our RV when we travel.

The ice maker is great. It produces ice quickly and the ice is amazing. I gave it a 5 even though I wish it would keep the ice produced Cole but, it is still a great purchase. Highly recommend!

I would really like someone to call me back about my machine. After only a month and a half it has stopped working. That machine is to pricey to stop after a month.

Love this product! On my second one, but be careful don't leave it on and unattended for more than a few days because then it will clog up and stop working. Had ours a little over a year and then that happened.
