I returned my ice maker as the ice melted extremely fast in a drink. Much more quickly than other pellet ice I have used. I also found the machine to be very loud.

Great product thus far. Makes ice easily and quickly. Like the side reservoir. Only constructive feedback is perhaps use a higher contrasting letter color to ice maker color.

The ice maker is easy to setup and use. This is the second one I've had and it seems a little quieter. They make the best ice for cocktails or any beverage

I love the soft ice made by this machine. I love ice and this is perfect. The machine makes enough ice for my family, each day. It's fairly quiet. Easy easy setup.

I really like this machine, everything works like it should, I like the wifi connection phone access, it is fast at making ice great crunchy kind, it is well built and looks great on the countertop.

Very pleased with the ease of installation and the detailed instructions. Very well packaged and it seems to be a great design. Looking forward to years of use. I do not give it 5 stars because I was hoping the nuggets were bigger.

I absolutely love this ice maker! it has been super handy. i don't buy bags of ice anymore and it doesn't take up too much space on the counter. its great for drinks or even just chewing it!!

This was an expensive but “worth it” purchase. Extra water tank is required. Only had it for about a month but provided it runs for years I am a happy client!

The ice crystals are the perfect crunchiness. The recycled water feature takes the worry out of an overflowing reservoir. Great for those times when the in refrigerator ice maker just can't keep up.
