Once connected to the wireless this thing rocks. The app allows you to set schedules and turn it off and on from anywhere with an internet connection. The best part is the ice of course.

We were hesitant to buy Opal but so glad we did! It will save us money in the long run due to the fact that I was buying 2 bags of Sonic ice a day. The ice thus thing makes is awesome! Best. Buy. Ever.

This ice maker makes great, soft nugget ice very quickly. My whole family loves it. My daughter just gets cups of the ice to eat. The only downside is that it is a bit loud when it's running. Other than that, it is great.

Ran cleaning cycles first and has worked flawlessly since. Using reverse osmosis filtered water. Side tank is a must for convenience. Ice is perfect, just like Sonic, Canes. Chic Filet, etc. Well worth the money.

Love this machine. Makes great ice. Using distilled water keeps the machine from having to be descaled. Still need to clean the machine from getting dirty.

We are loving the chewy ice. We live in a city with hard water so we have tried to use purified or distilled water whenever possible to minimize the frequency of cleanings which can be once every week or more depending upon how much we use it.

Easy to setup. Definitely like the fact that you don't need a water line. It's tasty and doesn't break your teeth when you crunch it. It's very quiet. Would recommend!

This Ice Maker is phenomenal. Little noisier than I'd hope; noticeable but not unbearable. It's ice making capacity is phenomenal. Make a tad bit quieter and definitely a 5 star all the way

I choose this ice maker because it was advertised as being good for those who chew ice. I picked up the habit during the COVID lockdowns. So far so good. This is perfect because the cubes are small, soft and easy to chew. Perfect size.

Hands down the best purchase of 2022! Everyone who comes to my house wants one when they leave! If you are thinking about it, just get it! You won't regret it!
