This unit definitely makes the best ice! Only had a couple days but so far no issues. Makes enough ice to fill 3 water bottles for the family. We will bag some for parties on the weekend…..a little noisy but worth it

I love to eat the ice and this machine makes the best ice for my drinks. I like to put the ice in the freezer and make more so I will have a bunch of ice on hand for events or for when a lot of family members stop by.

We bought this device because our daughter has one... but during the defrosting the machine makes a very loud and annoying sound.. wakes us up in the middle of the night sometimes..

The ice maker is exactly what we wanted to have "the good ice" at home everyday. Worth every penny and we are always getting compliments about it when we are having parties. It is simply the best.

Pro: You have an acceptable amount of ice minutes. It's really great, and the perfect size. Con: Sometimes the side tank has plenty of water and it says “Add water”. You just open the ice drawer and close it and it'll start again.

We love this ice machine. The ice is great. It is quick. We use a lot so we have to refill often. You can hear it but it doesn't bother us. If you love nugget ice, but cannot justify the large built in machine, this is an awesome option.

As noted in other reviews, the unit can be noisy at times. But that is only for a few minutes, and not excessive. The machine makes fabulous ice, and enough for our busy household.

I got this ice maker because my wife and kids love nugget Ice. The machine makes ice quickly. Having a side water container is also a plus. I would highly recommend this ice maker.

I can turn the machine on from the app when I wake up. By time I'm out of the shower, ready for work, there's enough ice to fill my thermos. It is large so make sure you have the counter space for it. But it's worth it!
