Love the ice but hate the machine

We have had our machine for 5 months and although the ice cubes are a great size, we hate the machine. It always makes these loud squeaking noises and constantly needs to be cleaned/descaled. We even use filtered water.

Great Ice!

I love the texture and hardness of the ice! I love everything about it except cleaning it every other day! After 2 days it will start making a screaming noise that will only stop if you unplug it.

saves me money by not going to Sonic everyday!

Love this ice and the look of it! I'm addicted to this kind of ice and will never not have one of these in my home again! It will pay for itself quickly since I don't have to go to Chick-fil-A and Sonic daily to feed my addiction!!

Great ice maker!

The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 star rating is because there is not "ice storage". The ice is great, but you can't really keep it or any length of time without putting it in a freezer.

So far, so amazing!

I've only had it for 20 days, but I'm loving it! Pricey, yes, but it was basically a bucket list item for me. My favorite thing to do is recreate the Cherry Limeade from Sonic, obviously, but I use this ice for any and all drinks.

OMG!! How did we live without it?

Seriously , , . This is the BEST THING EVER!!! The ice is small and airy . . . Just exactly the kind that we love at our favorite drive in restaurant that rhymes with HONIC *wink*. I don't know how we lived without it.

Outstanding product

We really love the ice maker. It gives us a ready supply of ice continuously. The small ice pellets are perfect for drinks. We like it so well that we plan to take it with us in our RV when we travel.

We love the ice... we don't like the noise..

We love the ice this machine makes and the overall taste is great. The machine started to make a cat crying type of sound a week after starting to use it. It hasn't interfered with the ice-making or how much we like it but it can be annoying.

Ice for multiple people

We have lots of visitors at our house this summer and our fridge ice maker just couldn't keep up. Decided to purchase this and couldn't be happier! Makes ice so fast and the nuggets are the perfect addition to any drink. So far extremely happy!
