Great product. Wife wanted sonic ice and this filled the voice. Great for all drinks ...leaded or unleaded.

We love this ice machine. The way it recycles water as ice melts and pulls from the side tank when it's low are awesome.

The promo says that this ice maker would produce 3 lbs. of ice in 20 minutes. I ran it for 8 hours and never got close to 3 lbs. of ice.

If you're wondering whether to get this or not... just order it! Amazing... the family loves the nugget ice! You won't regret it!!

This unit worked for two weeks and then the pump went out. Replacement has been a nightmare. Never again.

Love this produced much easier to just fill steps away from the sink versus pick up big bags of ice from the store. Ice is already ready for you .

We love the 2nd Generation product improvements. Like ice access front Shute, water fill side load container & ease of cleaning tubes in back.

Like many reviewers, I love the machine…when it works. Mine has broken down twice in two months. Not worth it

It makes ice but goes into ‘defrost' mode a couple of times a day and is very noisy. Sounds like a dog howling.
