Not a single complaint! Makes plenty of ice for my family of 6. It's fairly quiet and the minimal space it take up is well worth the benefits.

This unit worked for two weeks and then the pump went out.  Replacement has been a nightmare.  Never again.

Don't waste your money.

We have only had it about 1 month but so far seems to be a great ice maker. The pellet ice is great and my family loves it.

I love it. I just hate that sometimes it forms almost like shaved ice. But other than that, I love having it.

Makes the good ice! The best thing I've purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this unit because it stated the assembly product dimensions are (LxWxH) 24.75 x 20.25 x 14.74. The G.E Profile they sent was (LxWxH) 17.5 x 13.43 x 16.5. When I contacted GE they stated that they do not make a unit that is 14.75 inches tall. I am completely unhappy that this unit states the wrong size in height.

It is AMAZING!  Cleaning it is somewhat of a pain since its very heavy though.  My husband has to move it from the counter to the sink.  Cleaning needs to happen very frequently since it develops a pink slime within about a week.  We have soft water.  I recommend it, but just be prepared to fill the water tank daily if you use a lot of ice and weekly cleaning of the entire unit,
