The ice that this ice machine makes is great, keeps drinks cold for hours and I love chewing on the ice. My best purchase in years.

When it works, I love it, but the machine is "buggy", meaning it will say add water when the water tank is full, and quit making ice.

Not reliable. Makes ice for 45 minutes then makes a bad sound. Unplug and repeat. Just sits most of the time because of this

The machine died while under warranty and GE won't fix it since we don't live in a major population center.

I really like it, only thing I don't is that you cannot use the white filter in them as then it doesn't work. So cleaning it all the time is a pain
