It is an awesome idea - I just wish the ice stayed frozen longer - but glad when melted it recycles the water and makes more ice. please with my machine so far.

I've only had it for 20 days, but I'm loving it! Pricey, yes, but it was basically a bucket list item for me. My favorite thing to do is recreate the Cherry Limeade from Sonic, obviously, but I use this ice for any and all drinks.

I really love my nugget ice maker. I've been wanting one for years and hesitated to buy one because reviews seem all over the place. I'm glad I finally got this model. It keeps up with a family of five and everyone loves it.

The ice maker is just the right size, runs quit does a good job keeping up with my consumption daily. Only complaint would be, some days for some reason it starts to make slushy ice. Not sure why but I personally don’t mind it.

The Opal is a great appliance! I bought it in lieu of purchasing a refrigerator with ice maker. My family and I use it everyday and cleaning is easy. I highly recommend this ice maker!

Love this ice and the look of it! I’m addicted to this kind of ice and will never not have one of these in my home again! It will pay for itself quickly since I don’t have to go to Chick-fil-A and Sonic daily to feed my addiction!!

Excellent ice. A little noisy and the necessary periodic maintenance is somewhat complicated and time consuming, but the product works very well so far.

The ice maker is easy to setup and use. This is the second one I’ve had and it seems a little quieter. They make the best ice for cocktails or any beverage

My 3 children and I are thrilled with this ice machine. They love the shape of the ice. Icemaker is completely efficient and keeps up with our use! Love it!

Very smart design. We only use water from our RO system in our unit so we get fantastic ice every time. It doesn't make alot and it doesn't make it fast. But that's the science of it and cannot be held against them......
