This little counter top ice machine has to be the best we ever owned. Makes ice very fast and so dang easy to use. Soft crystal ice is the only way to go.

The product makes good ice, however it squeals constantly and I’ve had it a week. The price isn’t justified if it doesn’t hold up any better than this.

We love the ice maker our family has had one for years and now we own one. It works great the app is easy to install and run. It is also easy to set up on the internet.

As far as process, the icemaker is fabulous makes ice quickly easy to clean and kids love the mini “ fast food,” ice chips. Problem is I am on my third one in 18 months. Machine will at random moments. Just start making very odd. Screaming sounds.

This ice maker works well. Makes ice quickly and is easy to work. If I’m being nit picky it can be a touch noisy at times when making ice but isn’t a big deal and doesn’t last long at all. We have thoroughly enjoyed it so far.

I bought this opal 2.0 for my wife for Mother's day cause she loves eating crushed ice thats soft so I bought this and it's exactly what she wanted its not hard and you can eat ice chips all day long

So far so good! I work in hospital and this ice is 100 times better ! I was a little impatient for it to start making ice but it started making the best ice before i even knew it.
