Wonderful, chewable soft ice ever. The ice from our ice maker in the refrigerator use to cut my mouth. So my children bought me this for my birthday. Best gift EVER. Works great no complaints.

Best birthday gift (with a plug) that I ever got. It's been great having ice when needed and not the icky water from the faucet, we use bottled. Love the size of the ice as well.

This is the perfect compliment to my home bar, it makes great ice, my whole family loves it. My wife, who loves to chew ice, especially loves it. It's not as loud as I expected either. A little pricey but worth it.

Had for less than a year and it broke, got a replacement after a month and it broke 4 months later. we love the ice, it was quick and convenient. but not worth the money for only 18 months of ice. They will not replace this unit.

The icemaker itself is a really good unit it’s a tad loud but not too bad but the only negative review I have is that it requires a cleaning once a week.

It’s amazing to have ice like this at my fingertips. It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space, very quiet and has a great output. If your current considering, stop thinking about it and go for it! You won’t regret your decision.
