Oddly for a brand new machine, it had some scratches on the bottom of it that must have happened during shipping. Thought maybe they sent me a used one and was going return it, I unpacked it and cleaned it up. Works great. Would be 5 Stars if not for the scratches on the bottom.

This icemaker looks sharp and delivers sonic-type (pellet or nugget) ice as advertised. It makes ice quickly and is reasonable quiet while doing so. While the ice quality is better than most refrigerator/freezers’ produce, it is not up to the standards set by Sonic of Scotsman. Having said that, it is a fraction of the price of the Scotsman and fits nicely on the counter.

We tried two other ice makers and were sorely disappointed. When we decided to invest a little more money into this model, our expectations were high, but also exceeded when it arrived and we had our first taste! I loved it so much that I purchased another one for a friend of mine who was overjoyed!

Love this ice maker, it was very easy to set up. It tells you when you should clean it. Has an extra water supply on the side so you are not always adding water. Makes Ice fairly quickly and does not melt as fast either. Also has a WIFI connection and app so you can check it and it tells you if it needs descaling etc. I would recommend this product.

Something to expensive should not stop working after just 6 months. We’ve done everything we are supposed to, regarding cleaning and using distilled water . The ice maker only makes half of the ice it used to and Keeps defrosting every hour. Very frustrating. Now they are sending me a “refurbished” unit. Even though mine is practically brand new. I’m not happy.

I bought this ice machine for my husband after the one in our fridge stopped working. I love this machine. It makes the cutest little ice, doesnt make barely any noise and for some magical reason this ice doesnt melt as fast? Anyway, i highly recommend, especially with the side tank if you drink alot of iced coffee, or water. I use filtered water from the atore because my well is hard and we used a gallon a week for ice.

I love nugget ice! After a very long time of admiring online and on social media, I decided I needed to have one in my life! It's so great, and my guests love it too! So fun and always a topic of conversation! No regrets! Sometimes it does get a little noisy but not unbearable. The weekly cleaning maintenance sounds daunting at first, but its very easy and has just become part of the weekly cleaning routine.

This is my favorite item in the house. The ice is perfectly sized, and this appliance is so worry-free. Once it is set up, the only thing you have to do is make sure the water tank is not empty. This is the perfect appliance for all my outdoor activities - the ice is always ready to put into the mini cooler. I love this product so much that I bought one for upstairs.

I really am in love with this machine....it was a matter of minutes before the ice started making. It's the nuggets ice....I use spring water in my machine and it's so tasty....I got this machine cuz I love to chew ice...it's filled again by the time I finish I glass of ice....my husband just like to put it in his drinks...its fast fill up and the light on it is great.

We loved it at first but then after multiple cleaning cycles after setting it up and then making a first batch of ice, we all tasted the ice and I noticed something in my mouth. Removed object and it was a metal shaving! I then stopped everyone from consuming the ice and then allowed the icemaker to finish making a complete batch of ice overnight. In the morning I dumped all of the ice and the side water reservoir. I went to empty the internal reservoir and notice 2 more metal shavings floating in the bottom!
