The ice maker works awesome. Ice is made faster than expected. Pro Tip: Use distilled water. Makes cleaning a breeze and really clear and flavorless ice. Connecting the maker via the app allows it to turn off and on on a schedule saving electricity when not in use. Also, recommend making ice ahead of time and storing it in the freezer if your planning a party

This countertop pellet ice maker works great. We especially like the side tank option which makes adding water very easy. The only minor complaint we have is that the unit is noisy when it is producing ice. It makes a constant humming sound that can be heard from anywhere in our home.

So far, this unit has worked flawlessly. It’s been about a month and we’ve never turned it off. It gets continuously used and we have yet to run low on ice because it makes it faster than we need. It’s amazing how fast it makes the ice. Fairly easy setup too. Recommend!

Product makes a loud grinding noise whenever it tries to make ice. When you try and contact support, you sit on hold for hours with no response. I am sure mine is just a bad unit, and my review would be much higher if the support of their appliances was existant.

I really am in love with this machine....it was a matter of minutes before the ice started making. It's the nuggets ice....I use spring water in my machine and it's so tasty....I got this machine cuz I love to chew ice...it's filled again by the time I finish I glass of ice....my husband just like to put it in his drinks...its fast fill up and the light on it is great.

My family and I have been using this ice maker for about a month and I cannot say enough great things about it! It’s fast, easy to use and the ice is amazing! i was almost scared away by some of the bad reviews of it not working after a few months so I’m waiting for it to break. Hopefully it doesn’t. I’ll keep you posted.

I have really enjoyed how quickly this icemaker is able to produce ice and it is very quiet!!!! I love the side water chamber and the amount of ice that is produced with very little water. The fact that it automatically switches to producing ice when some is removed is a nice feature. It does require frequent cleaning so I would recommend placing it near a sink for easy drainage.

Just arrived and after cleaning thoroughly, began making ice in a flash! Fun to watch while the quiet running machine creates nice small opals of ice. Easy to operate, ice tastes great, crunchy too. One very small issue, the ice is VERY wet and if you plan on making a lot to store in freezer for a party, empty the container and freeze the ice flat so it beaks up easily or you will have a hard block of ice that is difficult to break apart once frozen. Any suggestions to prevent this are welcome!

The most important thing: this makes legit nugget ice, just like you're craving from Sonic. The maker itself is extremely easy to use - just make sure it has water, and it really takes care of the rest. Ice lasts for several hours after it's made, too, so you can take advantage of the ability to program a schedule in the app. We have it turn off early in the evening and there's still plenty of ice left in the morning. The optional front tray helps catch some drips, and otherwise it stays very clean and contained. The bucket even has nice little hooks to hold it in place when you pull it out to scoop some ice. Overall it is just a very well designed appliance and fits in well in a kitchen with stainless appliances, but can also be tucked away in a garage, pantry, or bar since it is not plumbed in.

We've been using this machine for a few weeks now and are very pleased. It constantly makes ice and even when we use what's in the bin we have new ice in no time. I wasn't able to connect to the wifi, but it's no big deal. Definitely recommend this product
